The StrengthWithin Method™ uses the FORGE Framework

Five disciplined phases for installing executive leadership systems.

    

Most leadership challenges aren't people problems. They are system problems. Friction, drift, stalled execution, unclear authority — these are all signals that the leadership system hasn't been deliberately built for the scale the organization has reached.

The FORGE Framework is the operational core of the StrengthWithin Method™. It is a five-phase system for diagnosing, installing, and embedding the leadership infrastructure your organization actually requires. Each phase produces a tangible deliverable. The system stays after the engagement ends.

Stated problems are rarely the actual problems. The Observe phase deploys validated psychometric instruments — MBTI® and SDI® — alongside direct observation of team dynamics to surface the structural causes beneath the surface symptoms.
