JRE & Associates Consulting LLC ("JRE," "we," "us," "our"), a subsidiary of JRitter Enterprise LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit ritterenterprise.com (the "Site"), submit a contact form, book a Performance Assessment, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We collect the following categories of personal information.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, organization (optional), and the message you submit
• Performance Assessment booking: name, email address, organization, role/title, current leadership challenge, success criteria, and any optional information you choose to share during the booking process
• Email newsletter signup: name and email address
• Direct correspondence: any information you choose to share when contacting us by email, phone, or other means

Information collected automatically:

• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site
• Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Notice for details

Information from third-party services:

• reCAPTCHA: Google's reCAPTCHA service processes information including device and behavior signals to distinguish humans from automated bots. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To schedule, conduct, and follow up on Performance Assessments
• To prepare proposals and formal engagement materials for prospective clients
• To deliver consulting services to clients under signed Engagement Agreements
• To send periodic email newsletters and business communications when you have opted in
• To improve the Site, our services, and our communications
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or other prohibited activities

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances.

Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our business, including:

• GoDaddy.com, LLC — website hosting, email infrastructure, and appointment booking
• Google LLC — Google Workspace email, Google Meet video conferencing, Google reCAPTCHA spam protection
• Email marketing platform — to be designated upon newsletter launch

Each service provider is contractually obligated to handle personal information consistent with applicable law.

Legal compliance. We may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Business transfers. If JRE or JRitter Enterprise LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your consent. We may share information in any other manner with your prior consent.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Contact form inquiries: retained for up to 24 months
• Performance Assessment booking records: retained for the duration of the engagement evaluation and up to 36 months thereafter
• Client engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement and seven (7) years thereafter, consistent with standard business and tax recordkeeping requirements
• Email newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe

You may request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us at info@ritterenterprise.com, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Right to correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Right to opt out — opt out of email marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Right to data portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format

The Site and our services are intended for business professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately at info@ritterenterprise.com and we will delete it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon for the book The Strength Within. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site or by email to active clients and newsletter subscribers. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
